THE PROCESS 

- Warm-up:  5min Walk/Jog at -4%/-7% Decline.
- Decline Treadmill Run: 15-30min Run at -4%/7% Decline, up to 8km/h.
- Cool-down:  5min Walk/Jog at -4%/7% Decline.
