Upon arrival, our Sport Scientist will brief you on the testing protocol and calibrate the cameras to your body. 2. You will warm up on the treadmill for 6-8 minutes. 3. You will then be analysed at THREE speeds of choice for 1-2 minutes each. 4. Our Sport Scientist will analyse the data and provide an in-depth explanation of your Runner Profile, Stride Parameters and Movement Metrics that influence your performance, as well as offer insights as to how your gait changes with speed. 5. Our Sport Scientist will provide 2-3 personalised tips to improve your stride mechanics and running efficiency. 6. You will then be re-tested at your speed of choice to see how well the tips have worked. 7. Walk away with actionable tips, all data collected on your Runner Profile, Stride Parameters and Movement Metrics for review and progress tracking!
