THE PROCESS 
1. Purchase your Personal Training Mask (one-time purchase), which you'll bring to every session.
2. Put on your mask to begin your AHT session under the guidance of our sports scientists.
3. You’ll participate in an exercise modality of choice in a low-oxygen (hypoxic) environment for up to 30 minutes, tailored precisely to your fitness level.
4. Our sport scientist will intentionally stimulate lower blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂) to 75–80% of baseline to activate powerful adaptive responses.
5. You will also experience higher air resistance to strengthen your respiratory muscles.
6. All sessions are monitored and recorded by our sports scientists to ensure safe progression and measurable results.
