THE PROCESS 
1. Purchase your Personal Training Mask (one-time purchase), which you'll bring to every session.
2. Put on your mask to begin your IHT session under the guidance of our sports scientists.
3. You’ll alternate between phases of low-oxygen (hypoxic) and normal-oxygen (normoxic) breathing for up to 30 minutes, with a maximum of 5 intervals, tailored to your current fitness level.
4. Each interval aims to bring your blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂) to 65–80% of your baseline, triggering adaptive responses.
5. All sessions are monitored and recorded by our sports scientists to ensure safe progression and measurable results
