You’ll alternate between phases of low-oxygen (hypoxic) and normal-oxygen (normoxic) breathing for up to 30 minutes, with a maximum of 5 intervals, tailored to your current fitness level. 4. Each interval aims to bring your blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂) to 65–80% of your baseline, triggering adaptive responses. 5.
