You’ll participate in an exercise modality of choice in a low-oxygen (hypoxic) environment for up to 30 minutes, tailored precisely to your fitness level. 4. Our sport scientist will intentionally stimulate lower blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂) to 75–80% of baseline to activate powerful adaptive responses. 5. You will also experience higher air resistance to strengthen your respiratory muscles. 6.
