Our 3D Gait Analysis Test is the first of its kind in Singapore, using cutting-edge markerless systems and the most advanced technology to optimise your running technique and prevent injuries. By analysing your gait pattern and biomechanics, we can pinpoint any inefficiencies or imbalances that could lead to injuries or hinder your performance.

THE PROCESS [30MIN]
1. Upon arrival, our Sport Scientist will brief you on the testing protocol and calibrate the cameras to your body.
2. You will warm up on the treadmill for 6-8 minutes.
3. You will then be analysed at ONE speed of choice for 1-2 minutes.
4. Our Sport Scientist will analyse the data and provide a quick explanation of your Runner Profile and THREE KEY Stride Parameters that influence your performance
5. Our Sport Scientist will provide 2-3 personalised tips to improve your stride mechanics and running efficiency.
6. You will then be re-tested at the same speed to see how well the tips have worked.
7. Walk away with actionable tips and all data collected on your Runner Profile and Stride Parameters for review and progress tracking!
