When Should I Start This Program?
This program is designed to be the final, crucial step in your race preparation. We recommend starting the program approximately 8 to 12 weeks before your major race.This timeline allows for a comprehensive physiological assessment, a focused and progressive training block, and an optimal tapering period to ensure you are at your absolute peak on race day.

• Physiological Testing (Initial and Final):
